I got this for my 4 year-old nephew who was getting frustrated with a real frisbee. Best thing is that he can "practice" indoors in his play area without damaging the walls or hurting other kids. But it works well outside. It's not has fast moving in the air so gives him time to catch it and not feel as frustrated.
