I am disabled and get extremely fatigued when I walk too far. I sometimes wonder if I can make it back home. Therefore, it is imperative for me to use a treadmill or similar equipment at home. Using the swim weights in the hot tub gives me double benefit because it makes my body work harder while keeping my muscles warm and my legs experience less impact. Then I can simply walk back into the house!
